1) Fall Protection(pre-requisite to Man-lift)		4 to 6 hours	$100
2) Man-lift (students must have Fall Protection)
	a. Scissor-lift	5 to 7 hours	$100
	b. Boom and Articulated	6 to 8 hours	$125
3) Fork-liftSlab & All Terrain		8 hours	$150
4) Rigging		8 hours	$100
5) Propane Training		2 hours	$50
6) Confine Spaces		3 hours	$100
7) Lockout/Tagout		2 hours	$50
8) Chain Saw		3 hours	$100

The basic course certification program outline is as follows:

• One full Day (or half-day depending on equipment)
• Class size: up to 8 participants (or less depending on equipment)
• Hands-on and classroom training
• Pass/Fail program.
  Only those who can demonstrate competence can be Certified.

CONTENT:

• Pre-test of operator skills and understanding of safety hazards
• Review and explanation of relevant regulations
• Review of accidents, safety hazards and pedestrian safety
• Safety theory and strategies to prevent accidents
• Hands-on and classroom training
• TEST: Written and hands-on evaluation
• Feedback, question period and wrap-up.
